Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are processed through our distribution network and are generally delivered within 10–15 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, and other factors outside our control. Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information so you can monitor its progress.

Shipping Address

Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. PrimeDex Store is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes.
